Thank you for shopping with SAFE Binder. We’re committed to providing a smooth experience from checkout to delivery. Please review our return and refund policy below before placing your order.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase is made. Our products include proprietary content that cannot be returned, resold, or revoked once delivered or downloaded.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 days at hello@mysafebinder.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement at no cost to you.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Physical SAFE Binder™ Kits and accessories
  • Digital downloads, templates, printed and/or fillable forms

These items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their custom nature and immediate usability.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your order was damaged or incorrect, we will send a replacement part or product once the issue is verified. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery for support.

Refunds

Refunds are not issued for change of mind, incorrect orders, or missed discount codes. If a refund is approved due to a unique situation (e.g., a duplicate order) and  we are notified before shipping, it will be refunded and processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
